چکیده

Earlier studies demonstrated differences in the activity of lysosomal enzymes of cells obtained from peritoneal dialysate effluent as compared to cells obtained from patients with normal renal function (17, 18). The present studies were aimed at the assessment of the effect of intermittent peritoneal dialysis on the activity of acid phosphatase (AP), beta-glucuronidase (GR), N-acetylbeta-D-glucosaminidase (GZ), and peroxidase (P) of peritoneal macrophages.
